How long does the entire return process take?
The return process may take up to 10 business days.
Is it possible to return a defective product?
Thermowave's quality standards are an essential criterion. If you notice production defects, the product can be returned within 2 years from the date of manufacture. If our quality inspection confirms the found defect, the amount paid will be returned within 10 business days.
Can I return a product I purchased with a gift card?
Yes, you can return and get your money back.
Is it possible to change the product?
No, you can't exchange the product. You can return it and get your money back. And at any point, you can place a new order with the new desired product.
