Dispatch


Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 business day — you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way. Every order ships directly from our own factory in Kaunas, Lithuania, where we've been making Merino wool apparel since 1928. Weekend and public holiday orders are dispatched the next business day.


Delivery


We deliver with DPD — to a DPD pickup point near you, or by courier to your door. Delivery times and costs by country are listed below; the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, delivery can take a day or two longer — we're a family-run factory and we work hard to get every order to you as soon as possible.
