LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our lifetime warranty applies to all of our fleece jumpers and global shorts. We believe in our products and their ability to serve you over many seasons, but if there are any problems – we‘ll be happy to check the garment for factory defects.

We ask you to send a close-up photo of the area to info@thermowave.com.

If there is a factory defect, we‘ll ask you to bring the garment to one of our retail partners. First, we will try to fix the defect, in order to make it adventure-ready once again.

If a repair isn‘t possible, you will have two choices: a new product or store credit.

Important disclaimer:

Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for selected Thermowave products such as global shorts, fleece pullovers and jackets. The policy only covers unaltered garments in their original condition. The Thermowave lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care or accidents.

Lifetime Warranty – our hope is to make slow fashion possible. We have to consume less, and clothing should have a second chance to accompany you on your #bravetheadventures.
