You can return an item purchased at www.thermowave.com within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery if it meets the below rules:

  • Products can be returned if they have not been worn, have retained their original visual appeal and have the original packaging and label intact.
  • Underpants, boxers, bras, bralettes and socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

Thermowave stands behind all of its products. Defective products are repaired or replaced with the same or similar product up to 2 years after receipt. If you bought the products outside of www.thermowave.com, you should contact the direct seller from whom you bought the product and provide the proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are made within 14 business days from the date when the item has been returned and delivered to us. It usually takes 5 days on average, but busy periods occur and we really work hard to get the money back as soon as possible.

 


RETURN GUIDE


Lithuania, Germany and Estonia:

Returns are free of charge for customers in Lithuania, Germany and Estonia.

1) Fill in the return request form here: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/032/Thermowave

2) Pack the item(s) and either take the package to a DPD Pickup Terminal and print a ticket there or Wait for the courier who will bring you a ticket.

3) Upon receipt of the items a refund will be made no longer than in 14 business days (usually up to 5 days).

Other countries:

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the return. Pack the item to be returned, enclose the completed return request form and send it to:

When sending the return, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number or sending by registered mail. The seller is not responsible for any loss of the items being returned. If you do not receive confirmation of your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
