What are the payment methods?
Payments is possible via PayPal, credit or debit card and a few other local payment options depending on where you live. Your privacy and data is protected.
Is it possible to pay for one person and deliver it to another?
Yes. In this case, you have to enter delivery details for another person.
Where can I get a promo code to use on my order?
We'd suggest that you check out the website, we often have really great promos running where you can grab a steal. If it's a discount code that you're after - we send out discount codes to our customers in our newsletters. Sometimes you'll spot a code on Instagram or Facebook or the banner on our website too - keep your eyes peeled.
How to submit discount code?
If you have received a discount code you want to use, you must enter in the discount code field at check-out. After entering it you must press "Apply". Note, that additional discounts or coupons cannot be combined with the discount code. Please contact us if discount code cannot be applied.
Are there any additional charges for international shipping?
When sending orders abroad, the parcel may be charged additionally. Thermowave is not responsible for any additional charges and cannot determine the exact amount payable. Shipping and additional charges, customs rates are different for each country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. To avoid unpleasant situations, we recommend that you check the applicable customs fees and calculate the preliminary final value of the parcel.
