How do I know if my order has been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email and a delivery confirmation with tracking number once the order has been shipped. If you do not land on the order confirmation screen, it is possible that your order has not been successful due to a browser issue. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If nothing has arrived to you, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been proceeded?
Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, cancellation or change is not possible. Please contact our customer support immediately, our team will try to solve the problems and make the most favorable decision for you.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.
