You can return an item purchased at www.thermowave.com within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery. You can exchange the returned item for another item or get a refund.
Products can be returned if they have not been worn, have retained their original visual appeal and have the original packaging and label intact.
A new item can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same model, or for a different model at an additional cost if the item is more expensive, and the difference will be refunded if the item is cheaper.
Underpants/boxers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Thermowave stands behind all of its products. Defective products are repaired or replaced with the same or similar product up to 2 years after receipt. If you bought the products outside of www.thermowave.com, you should contact the direct seller from whom you bought the product and provide the proof of purchase.
Customers can return items delivered in Lithuania, Germany and Estonia free of charge with the courier sticker enclosed in the package, while for returns from other countries, customers return the items at their own expense and order the transport.
If the customer explicitly chooses a particular delivery method (e.g. express delivery by UPS Express) even though a standard delivery method is offered at a lower delivery cost, only the difference between standard and express delivery will be refunded upon return of the entire order.
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of the return of the item.
Lithuania, Germany and Estonia:
Returns are free of charge for customers in Lithuania, Germany and Estonia. Fill in the return request form enclosed in the package and pack it together with the item being returned. Remove the old parcel sticker from the shipping box and stick on the new one you received with the package. Keep the Grąžinimas/DPD Retoure part of the sticker for yourself. Take your package to any DPD Pickup terminal and send it. Upon receipt of the items, we will inform you about an exchange or refund.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the return. Pack the item to be returned, enclose the completed return request form and send it to:

Once the items have been sent, please inform us email@example.com provide the tracking code. This will allow us to track the item and reduce the risk that it is lost. If sending by mail, we strongly recommend that you only send by registered mail. The seller is not responsible for any loss of the items being returned. If you do not receive confirmation of your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
