You can return any product from your website purchase order as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Refunds or exchanges for any reason may be given within 30 calendar days from the received date.
Go to sign in.
Go to My orders page;
Select the order from which you want to generate a return and press "View";
Choose the product(s) and quantities you want to be returned;
Provide an explanation for the return. Provide your account number for the refund. Indicate the change in size for the product(s).
Pack the product you‘re returning and send it to the following address:

We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. Thermowave is not responsible for lost return shipments. If you don‘t get any form of confirmation from us after 10 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges are for alternate sizes/ colors of the same style only. A refund can't be processed if your requested product is unavailable.
We don‘t refund transportations costs.
