Composition: 60% Merino Wool (17,5 Micron), 40% Bamboo Viscose.
TruLite Cool technology: A unique blend of merino wool and bamboo fibers produces a truly lightweight, breathable fabric to cool you down when heat rises. The ultimate moisture management and temperature control ensure that you stay feeling fresh and focused. Odor resistance is provided by the natural antibacterial properties, while even those with sensitive skin can enjoy the soft, light texture.
Sustainability
Merino wool is like a personal air conditioning system for your body, so it will be able to maintain a stable temperature: keep the body cool when the weather is hot, and warm when it is cold. Environmentally friendly, merino comes from the best that nature has to offer – water, fresh air, sunlight and grass. It regrows annually, is up to 100% biodegradable and always performs at its best. Forget about unnecessary moisture, humidity and that itchy feeling because this is the softest and most breathable clothing you will ever find. Each garment at Thermowave has merino wool that is mulesing free. We are very proud of this decision, and we know that sheep welfare has improved given that more and more manufacturers follow this path. Bamboo fiber is a new generation eco-friendly fiber extracted from bamboo plants. It is one of the fastest self-regenerating (or growing) plants on Earth, with 4 to 6 new shoots sprouting every year. Growing bamboo plants does not require the use of chemical pesticides. They are 100% biodegradable; sunlight, combined with microorganisms, causes them to completely decompose.
Care Guide
Machine wash using wool cycle (maximum temperature 30o C).
Wash with similar colours.
Wash inside out.
Use wool detergent, do not use softener.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Pull into shape when wet.
Cool iron as needed (maximum temperature 110o C).
