Returns are free. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return your order - enter your details below and you'll get a prepaid return label.
Before you start, check that your return qualifies:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and labels intact.
- Underpants, boxers, bras, bralettes and socks cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Returns must be registered within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Free return labels are available in all EU countries.
- Ordering from a European country outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Iceland)? The portal can't issue a label for you yet — email us at eshop@thermowave.com and we'll arrange your return.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days of your return reaching our warehouse — usually within around 5 days. You'll get an email when your return is registered, when it reaches us, and when your refund is issued.
Defective products
Thermowave stands behind everything we make. Defective products are repaired or replaced with the same or a similar product for up to 2 years after receipt — even outside the 30-day window. Contact us at eshop@thermowave.com. If you bought your product somewhere other than www.thermowave.com, contact the seller you bought it from with proof of purchase.
How to return
- Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout in the portal below.
- Select the item(s) and the reason for return.
- Download your free prepaid label, pack the items, and drop the parcel off.
