Shipping to the United States
All duties and taxes are included at checkout — you pay nothing extra on delivery. The price you see is the final price.
Shipping is free on orders over $199. Under that, choose the option that suits you at checkout:
- Post NL Courier — $18 (8–21 business days)
- USPS Courier — $30 (5–10 business days)
- UPS Express Saver — $37 (3–5 business days)
Every order ships directly from our factory in Kaunas, Lithuania, where we've made Merino wool apparel since 1928. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, with tracking sent by email.
Returns from the US
You have 30 calendar days from delivery. Returns are arranged and paid by the customer: email us at eshop@thermowave.com with your order number, we'll send the return address and instructions, and you ship the parcel back with a carrier of your choice — tracked service strongly recommended, as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
