Dispatch
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 business day — you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way. Every order ships directly from our own factory in Kaunas, Lithuania, where we've been making Merino wool apparel since 1928. Weekend and public holiday orders are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders over £99. Under that, choose the speed that suits you at checkout:
- Royal Mail 48 — £5 (5–6 business days)
- DHL Express — £16 (1–2 business days)
No customs fees — all duties and taxes are included in your order. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with nothing to pay on delivery.
During busy periods, such as the holiday season, delivery can take a day or two longer — we're a family-run factory and we work hard to get every order to you as soon as possible.
Returns are free for all UK orders — you'll get a prepaid return label through our self-service portal. See our Returns page to start one.
