How can I change my personal details?

You can edit your account details at the my account page.

How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

Each email you receive from us has an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email that will remove you from our email list if you click on it. You can also contact us.

Do I have to create Thermowave account to shop with you?

You can checkout as a Guest. However, signing up for an Thermowave account allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your details for future purchases.

I'm having trouble signing into my account.

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, follow the steps below:

-Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
-If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
-If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.

How do I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.


I have just placed an order. Can i cancel or change it?

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. Please call Customer Service immediately, and they will do their best to fulfil your request. However we cannot promise that they will be able to cancel the delivery if you have already received an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has already been shipped. What if my billing address is separate from my shipping address?

No problem. You will be prompted to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.

How do i use my discount code?

Discount code must be entered at Step 1 of checkout and cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons. If the discount or coupon was not applied, please contact us.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

You can only use one per order – this includes our free delivery codes.

How do i use my gift card?

Just enter the 16 digit code into the ‘Gift Card’ section on your Payment STEP 3 on checkout and click 'Submit'. You have 12 months to spend Your giftcard. If you’re spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you’ll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card in the usual way.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel Thermowave has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I return a flawed/defective product?

Thermowave stands behind all of its products. If you purchased an item on Thermowave.com and you believe it's flawed or defective, you can return it to us as long as it was manufactured less than 2 years ago. If our quality department will confirm the defect, we will be refund in 10 working days.

Can I return items I've bought with a gift voucher?

Of course. Your right to return an item is exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two.

Can i exchange my item(s)?

You can return or exchange your item to the other size or colour 30 days after purchasing. Product have to be unworn and has original packaging.
